Another black pearl is born!

Today when I got home from work I went to the horses to check on them.

Suddenly I saw Bess with a foal and I thought maybe it was Emilys foal saying hello to "aunty Bess".

But surprise, surprise; Bess had foaled a beautiful black pearl!

Just as I had hoped for; with a tiny, little head and a white half moon on the forehead, 3 white socks and lots of feathers :)

Of course it was a colt (I was really hoping for a filly), but although I`m very pleased with the little fellow!

Look at all the feathers on him already (and he isn`t even dry here!)

I hope he will get daddy Ickies` hair (mane) and mummys feathers!
